Photo Restoration

Any graphic designer that has been in the business for as long as I have, has been asked to repair an old photo. This is a fairly straight forward Photoshop skill, but it takes time. Lots of time.

The above sample was a cherished childhood photo that was painstakingly restored. This process is a pixel by pixel scan, clone and paint project. You cannot do this in one sitting and it is a constant balance between accuracy and artistry.
